    Nakeisha is an accredited Psychotherapist, MBACP (Accred) with extensive experience providing a secure, confidential space for clients (18 years and over) grappling with emotional and life challenges. With her, you will be able to explore your unique experiences, create strategies to best manage these hurdles and find healing. Her background supports clients navigating relationship issues, neurodiversity, career goals, parenting, trauma, family dynamics, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, cultural sensitivities, depression and grief.

    Peace is an accredited member of the BACP. She holds a Bachelors (Hons) in Psychology and Sociology as well as a Masters (distinction) in Marriage and Family therapy. She is an experienced and qualified Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the field of mental health since 2004 and in the field of counselling and psychotherapy since 2010. She has a keen interest in the neurobiology of trauma and work as a trauma-informed therapist.

    Sharon G is a BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, in private practice. She has years of experience of supporting clients in working through a range of life events, issues and difficulties. As an Integrative Therapist, she can work flexibly with you, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches. Her aim is to offer you a confidential, and empathic space, to support you in working through your emotional difficulties, freeing you to experience life more fully and with greater self-acceptance.

    Cynthia is a MBACP Psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples, (18+). Her approach to life and therapy is person-centred. She is trained in Person-Centred Psychotherapy (BA Hons), and works in an integrative way. Many people come to therapy feeling ‘stuck’ in their lives, as if something is in the way of its progress. It may be that you just don’t know how to move past a difficult time in your life. Whatever the situation, therapy can help you to explore this, make sense of it and make changes.

    Sharon H is an integrative counsellor, which means that she combines complementary counselling approaches and tailors them to suit the needs of the client. Examples of the counselling approaches she integrates are Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis (to help explore patterns of relating) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which can help clients to identify unhelpful thoughts and thinking patterns.

He also specialise in bereavement and related issues.

He has worked successfully with people facing anxiety, Trauma, low self esteem depression, relationship and identity issues.

    Judah is an humanistic/person centred psychotherapist who aims to work with every person in a space free from judgement, enabling a chance for authentic self-exploration. Within a safe space and a trusting relationship a greater level of understanding and awareness can be achieved. He has worked with many clients who experience anxiety,  depression or addictions and have seen many find the way to overcome these difficulties.

    Simone is a registered counsellor MBACP, with a wealth of experience and knowledge working with different counselling approaches i.e., Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).     Allison is a BACP Accredited Counsellor and who works with those aged 18 plus. When you’re hit by an unexpected life event it can sometimes be hard to recover. It can be difficult to share your thoughts or feelings with friends or family as they may not understand. As Counsellors we are trained to sit alongside people who are finding life hard; to offer empathy and acceptance in order to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in confidence in a safe and confidential space.

    I am a psychodynamic Counsellor and Therapist working with adults. I provide a confidential non-judgemental space where clients can in due course feel safe to talk freely about whatever they have been struggling with. Working psychodynamically (although other techniques are often employed), which means we can explore the often unconscious elements of your thinking, behaviour and feelings with a view to helping you to hear yourself.
